If you are reselling in the United States, please fill and send back the CA reseller form from this link CA-Reseller Form. If you are reselling outside the U.S., no need to send that form in.

If you are not a reseller in the U.S. or elsewhere, you are not permitted to make purchases. We can cancel and refund purchases at our discretion.

Below are answers to frequently asked questions.

1. Orders are shipped the next business day. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. U.S. orders arrive within 3-5 business days at the latest, while international orders are 3-10 business days at the latest.

2. We ship all over the world. This is no problem, but always expect 3-10 business days if you are international.

3. No minimum required to purchase.

4. Shipping is either paid at checkout, or we can calculate and bill you for it before we ship.

5. If we are packing your order and items are no longer available, we will ship the order to you as complete as we can make it, and refund you the difference.

6. All sales are final. Only if the items we sent are incorrect or damaged, will be accepted back and only for a store credit.

7. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Bear in mind that import duties and taxes are paid by you, the importer and not us the exporter.
